Custom Shirts – Large Orders

For large orders of custom shirts including 100+ items, we’re here to get it done! For orders of this size, we normally do Screen Printed transfers, which have color limitations compared to other processes. DTG isn’t normally available for an order of 100+ due to the much slower production speed. Our prices include both the garment and printing. There are no special set-up fees, provided your images are a usable resolution and format (.AI files preferred, but .BMP and in some cases .JPG files may be okay). Garments will be Gildan, Tultex, or equivalent. We can mix and match colors and sizes without too much issue.

For large orders, please expect our turnaround to be roughly 3-5 weeks from your final approval of the design. It is possible it may be done sooner, depending on how many other jobs we have in the queue.

If you wish the job to be completed within 7-10 business days (not all jobs qualify), we may charge a +25% to +50% rush fee, depending on the work involved. This is to offset our coffee budgets, overtime, long nights, and additional stress placed on our staff.

Once the details are confirmed, we will send an invoice for a nonrefundable 50% deposit. If you decide you don’t want to go through with the order, you can let us know at any time via e-mail and we will provide you with the undecorated garments. However, if we have decorated any garments by the time you send the e-mail cancelling the order, we require the second half of the payment for the decorated items before we release any items, including the blanks, to you. Unless payment is provided, we will keep the blanks.
